It's a scam I went to for the one day trial membership for free but they ask you for your credit card information to verify that you're of age or something and as soon as that happened I was approved
I applied for the free trial membership they asked for my credit card information I immediately checked my bank and there was a withdrawal of $47 and then when I disputed the transaction with them and the company that's responsible for their exchanges of money I guess the guy got back to me from Zen desk and said that they couldn't refund the money on prepaid Visa or Mastercard well it's not a prepaid Visa or Mastercard it's a PC Financial MasterCard so it's basically a cash card that allows you to do online shopping because you have the MasterCard availability and it's BS because I've had to do this with other companies cuz recently I'm getting a lot of these charges and they all refund so it's it's b***** and 3/4 of the profiles are fake anyways soon as you start talking to him and then give them your number they say oh no no no they want to talk there first and it's a little too fast it's just all b***** my recommendation of future customers is run run

Impossible for me to get ahold of them
It's literally impossible for me to type in the username that I want I'm unable to type in anything to describe myself it keeps listing my height is 4'9 every time I fix it it automatically goes back to listing is 4 ft 9 which is obviously not a good thing on a dating app and then when I try to get a hold of them on the form you fill out to let them know what your technical issue is I fill out the form then on the bottom where you're supposed to type in the letters you see I typed letters in exactly how they are and then I click save or send now or whatever and it keeps telling me I'm typing in every set of letters it gives me it's saying I got it wrong so unless I don't know the alphabet and I'm 3 years old which is not the case I don't understand why it's literally everything I'm trying to do is impossible it will not let me do anything on there I don't understand it I do not recommend this app to anybody never would never could never will until they fix it. Don't waste your time

I got the. try it for a$1,00 a dollar...well Ive tried to cancel out before my 24 hrs was up and I did .
But the dam thing charged me any way... It is impairative I get that money back into my bank account...like yesterday...you all are *** with my bill money...I HAVE THESE BILLS TO PAY AND IF THE MONEY IS NOT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT...THEN THEY DON'T GET PAID...if the money isn't in there to pay them ...when I know that it was in there to pay them. But. It's not ...
WHY??? WELL BECAUSE YOU HAD TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT and TAKE IT OUT. I even tried to cancel, but the piece *** never did ...why ???9I have no *** idea...but this *** needs to be resolved...I already got hit with a late charge on the other bill so put my money back into my account please...so I can get these money hungry *** off my back...
